Terms and Conditions of Use  

1. Use of this Website.

Use of this webstore is encouraged in a responsible manner.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain a parent/guardian's consent prior to using this website and entering any financial details.  Boudoir Bazaar cannot be accountable for loss occurring through use of parent’s financial details.

You are responsible for the acts or omissions of anyone using your password to this website whether or not that person does so with or without your authority, so please remember to keep it safely secured.

You must not:  

 *Use this website for any activities which break any law or regulations, infringe a third party's rights, or are contrary to any relevant standards or codes;

 *Use this website to interfere with other users, defame, harass, threaten, menace, offend or restrict any person of which inhibits any other user from using or enjoying this website;

 *Use another's name, username or password without explicit permission.

 2.  Website Agreement

 The materials displayed on this website, including, without limitation, all editorial materials, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trade marks, are the property of Boudoir Bazaar and/or its affiliates and suppliers. 

As such, they are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Any such content may be displayed and printed solely for your personal, non-commercial use within your organisation/household only. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material to any third party without the express prior written consent of Boudoir Bazaar, and/or its affiliates and suppliers.

 

3.  Security

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, the Operator does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information, which you transmit, to us. Accordingly, any information, which you transmit to the Operator, is transmitted at your own risk.

When using this website, you must take precautions to ensure you are not exposed to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your own computer system. The Operator does not accept responsibility for any such interference or damage to your system which arises in connection with your use of this website.

4.  Purchasing of Goods

While we make every effort to ensure that the prices on the website are accurate, occasionally circumstances may vary beyond our control, including but not limited to currency exchange, increases in freight costs etc., and we reserve the right to vary the website prices and will contact you to clarify the situation and seek your direction in affected purchases.  

 All prices are quoted on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the domestic Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).  The GST is currently set at 10%. 

We do have a minimum ordering amount of $25.00 to be entitled to the free shipping element.  If your require clarification of this policy, please do not hesitate to contact the Boudoir Bazaar Team.

 5.  Returns

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment. 

In the event that the item is:

a) Significantly different from the item ordered; or

B) Arrived Faulty

We reserve the right to replace the item.  In the event that your item has either of the abovementioned issues, contact must be made before return using the "Contact Us" link within the website.  In the event that the item is returned and is not either Significantly Different, or Faulty the item will be reshipped to the buyer including any further postage costs incurred.

Re-shipping costs are non-refundable and a fee of $12.50 or 20% (whichever is the highest), will be deducted for all refund requests, which takes into account the costs incurred from bank fees, re-stocking and handling your order in event that a purchaser has changed their mind.

Please note that we do not refund or exchange for hygienic reason on any returns of Hosiery Brands, Bra or Brief products. Or if goods have been worn, soiled or the tags have been removed.  No refunds are given on sale and clearance items or items purchased during special promotions or discount offers.

Items that are returned soiled or have had the tags removed will be returned to the customer and the customer will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $12.50.

6.  International Orders

Currently the Boudoir Bazaar only sells and ships domestically within Australia.  Should you wish to place your details on an advance notice for International Shipping please submit your query through the "Contact Us" form using this link.  You may also wish to sign up for the regular newsletters which contain updates on items for sale, and news concerning the Boudoir Bazaar.  A link is embedded in the Homepage.  Just submit your email address and send.

7.  Free Gift and Introductory Gift Vouchers

Terms of the Free Gift are that all items must be purchased in one session and paid for at the same time.  Payments may include Paypal, Paymate, Money Order, Cheque or any other payment system nominated by Boudoir Bazaar on this site at their discretion.

Introductory Gift Vouchers are issued when a friend has been introduced and are only available after the new member has purchased a minimum of $100 in their first shopping session with Boudoir Bazaar.  This offer is not available on second and subsequent purchases and is not cumulative.  The purchaser must nominate the friend during the purchase session in order for the purchaser to be eligible for the Gift Voucher.   Gift Vouchers are only available for use within 6 months of the original purchase and are eligible for all full priced items store wide (not Sale or Clearance Items).  Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers available through the Boudoir Bazaar.
